Shipping policy
Nu-Factor is a brand of Biocomm Pte. Ltd. (UEN 199404875D), 53 Ubi Avenue 1, #05-55, Singapore 408934. This policy explains where we deliver, what delivery costs and how long it takes.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Vietnam.
Delivery charges (SGD)
- Singapore: S$4.00 for orders under S$60. Free delivery on orders of S$60 and above.
- Malaysia: S$30.00 flat rate per order.
- Hong Kong: S$50.00 flat rate per order.
- Vietnam: S$60.00 flat rate per order.
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). During busy periods please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Delivery time
- Singapore: 1–3 business days after dispatch for orders under S$60; 3–5 business days for free-delivery orders (S$60 and above).
- Malaysia, Hong Kong and Vietnam: usually 1–3 weeks after dispatch.
These are estimates. Occasionally delivery can take longer because of courier or customs delays outside our control.
Import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside Singapore, any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are not included in the delivery charge and are payable by the recipient.
Tracking and problems with delivery
We email you once your order is dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help.
